The interior centers on a striking hand-selected marble backsplash that anchors the kitchen, paired with warm wood millwork and cabinetry throughout to bring natural texture and continuity to every room. Thoughtfully placed industrial accents — exposed hardware, custom metalwork, and raw-edged detailing — add character and contrast without competing with the warmth of the materials around them.
Our team managed material sourcing, subcontractor coordination, and sequencing with the care these finishes demand. Getting the details right — the grout lines, the wood grain direction, the way light hits each surface — required the kind of hands-on attention and trade experience that defines how we build.
