Harris Dewart is completing a tenant finish and warehouse retrofit for LEMS Shoes, transforming an industrial building into a brand-driven marketing and creative workspace. The project was guided by a visionary owner, with interior vision boards developed by Harris Dewart in collaboration with architect Michael Haider to translate brand values into the built environment. The scope includes interior construction, custom finishes, and coordination to support daily operations and marketing use. The project is currently being finalized with a private dog run fence, reflecting LEMS’ culture and workplace priorities. This build-out demonstrates our experience delivering creative commercial interiors and tenant finishes across the Colorado Front Range.
